How to get telephone advice

You can always phone the practice for specific advice about your medical problems. Often one of the nurses will be able to advise you. If not, one of the doctors will be able to phone you back. Please make any requests for telephone advice as early as possible in the morning.

Alternatively, NHS Direct offers excellent telephone advice 24 hours a day on 0845 4647 from specially trained registered nurses.
