Complaints

Things don’t always go perfectly and sometimes you may have to raise an issue or make a complaint about our service. You can do so directly to us, writing to our practice manager, Mrs Kathryn Kyle, at the surgery address. We aim to respond within 14 working days.

Alternatively, you may wish to contact Somerset PALS, who will help you resolve your problem and give you further advice on what to do if they can’t.
